HOBOware Pro
HOBOware® Pro Software Updates for Windows and Mac Computers
Qualified versions:
The following updates to HOBOware® software are available to customers of Onset Computer Corporation under the terms of the License Agreement contained in the installation programs. Users of HOBOware for Windows (2.0.x or 2.1.x) and HOBOware Pro for Windows (2.2.x, 2.3.x, 2.4.x, 2.5.x, 2.6x, and 2.7.x) can download and install HOBOware Pro 2.7.3.1 as an update to their existing installation.
Users of HOBOware for Mac (2.0.x or 2.1.x) and HOBOware Pro for Mac (2.2.x, 2.3.x, 2.4.x, 2.5x, 2.6x, and 2.7.x) can download and install HOBOware Pro 2.7.3.1 as an update to their existing installation.
Added in HOBOware Pro 2.7.3.1 for Win and Mac:
- Support for Win7 and Mac OS X 10.6
- Support for License keys, that define the operation of HOBOware as HOBOware Pro or HOBOware Lite. Using these keys the HOBOware installer can be downloaded from the Onset Web site, and can be run in a Trial mode for 30 days. When a full license key is used, the Trial can be converted to HOBOware Pro or Lite by simply installing the key.
- The means to run several Data Assistants at launch time and then use the defined parameters automatically at readout & plot time to generate new series.
- The means to define alarm conditions that can be loaded into U30 loggers to control the logger's relay depending on those alarm conditions.
- Enhanced export and data formatting options to provide additional exported data formats.
- A service that provides for downloading text files from HOBOlink and opening them directly in HOBOware.
- Support for the new U-DT-2 shuttle for the HOBO U30 logger data loggers.
- HOBOware 2.7.3.1 provides a French user interface when running on a computer configured in a French locale. The translation is Parisian French, but the French user interface will appear in any locale identified by the ISO-639 language code of “fr”.

Bulk Export Tool

Onset's Bulk Export Tool makes it easy to export data from many logger data files at once. Just select the files to be exported, and this tool will automatically export their data to text files that can be used by other programs such as Excel. This tool is a free add-on for HOBOware Pro, and can export data from all loggers compatible with HOBOware Pro, including all HOBO U-Series loggers, HOBO Weather Stations, HOBO Energy Logger Pro, and HOBO U30 Remote Monitoring Systems.
